The HART Hollow Hoops are great for all types of games, activities and hula hooping. Hollow hoops are heavier than solid hoops, so they make hula hooping easier for beginners. The general rule for choosing the correct size hoop is that it should stand at about hip height — larger hoops rotate slower which makes them easier to use.
