This double sided mat is great for beginner gymnasts to learn and practice basic gymnastics skills.
The HART Cartwheel/Beam Mat has markings on both sides to assist with hand/foot placement, positioning and technique to improve on cartwheels, handstands and balance beams. Can be used as a beginner gymnastics mat and a normal small gym mat.
