The HART Cone Hurdle Set is a versatile kit that allows you to set up multiple speed and agility training drills.  You can create your very own drills and use the poles on top of the markers as step hurdles or use the poles individually as a ladder.  The markers have moulded notches at the top for the poles to securly sit.
