The Four Colour Agility Ladders allow you to set up a huge variety of footwork pattern drills.  Agility ladders will help boost your quick footwork, endurance, coordination and agility for better workout results and improved playing skills on the field.

• 4 x Ladders (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue)
• Available in 2m or 4m lengths
• Ladders have hook & loop ends to be joined together to form straight, square, triangle or cross formations.
• Colours can be used as visual cues during drills or for team identification.
• Fixed tubular rungs are spaced 45cm apart.
• Suitable on grass
• Not recommended on hard, slippery surfaces
