The HART Maxi Hook is an extremely heavy duty ceiling hook, ideal for holding punch bags. The swinging hook reduces the force on the weld when the boxing bag is moving on impact.

• U-shaped bolt with swing hook.
• Powder coated wtih 10mm thick steel mount plate.
• 1cm wide holes suitable for dynabolts (not included).
• Suitable to hold 100kg.
