The HART Pilates Mat is a comfortable and supportive mat made with thick, high density NBR foam.  The NBR foam is lightweight and resilient, it absorbs energy when it is compressed, and then returns back to it original form once pressure is released.  The Pilates mats are thicker to provide comfort and protection of your spine and pressure points during exercises.
