The Elite Breakdown Trainer has been specifically designed to simulate and train Rugby players in the art of pilfering the ball in a ruck situation. Once the square tackle bag has been brought to the ground, players must release then spring to their feet and search for the ball. Once located it should be wrestled in a ripping motion to complete the drill.
