The Hit & Fit Pad is an innovative & multifunctional piece of training equipment. Held in the hand, the Hit & Fit Pad can be used as a contact pad for opposed training. The innovative curved front face provides a realistic ‘body like torso’ for players to bump & roll away from. The Hit & Fit Pad is also designed with shoulder contact targets for effective tackling technique. This pad can be used for multiple sports such as: Netball, Basketball, and football codes. The product can also be used on the ground as a stepover bag to develop running speed, power and agility.

The medium size is the same length as the small and the same width as the Large, to cater to wider shoulders in football codes.
